I lucked out in that my dress was mostly already customized to me, so alterations included 1. shortening the hem (since I had to guestimate my shoe height at the time of ordering), 2. the sleeves, and to 3. bustle the dress. The turnaround time was very reasonable and Lauren was great to work with. She was very enthusiastic about my dress and helped the dress go from "almost there" to "YAY! Now I won't trip on my dress or slap anyone with my sleeves!" She helped me take photos (to send to my long distance fam), walked our best woman through the bustling process, and again for a video we were going to send to our Maid of Honor.
